The Big Rock Triathlon is staged in an area that is only a short drive from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. It is also close to the Ontario Airport for those athletes traveling from Northern California or other states and countries. The course will be flat and fast with a calm lake swim, 2 short climbs on the bike and a flat out and back run. Limited to the first 800 entrants.

The Big Rock Sprint is the same date and time as the Big Rock Triathlon but the this course has only one short climb on the bike.

The "IN THE DIRT" Off-road MTB Tri, MTB Race, & Trail Run

The In The Dirt MTB Tri is staged in an area that is only a short drive from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. It is also close to the Ontario Airport for those athletes traveling from Northern California or other states and countries. Lake Perris SRA is in Riverside County and is bordered by the City of Perris and the City of Moreno Valley.
There is an event for everyone!
- A 4 mile trail run starting at 8:30A. The course will feature a challenging trail run with a rock garden obstacle, limited to the first 200 entrants
- A 10 to 15 mile mountain bike race starting at 9:30A. The course will be a multi loop MTB course with fire road and single track. There will be some climbing with fun descents and rolling single track. Great for hard core and first timers alike (beginners may have to walk some sections) limited to the first 200 entrants.
- A USAT sanctioned triathlon starting at 8A. The course will feature a 1/2mi calm lake swim, a 10 - 15 mile multi loop MTB course with fire road and single track. There will be some climbing with fun descents and rolling single track. Great for hard core and first timers alike (beginners may have to walk some sections), finish with a challenging run with a rock garden obstacle, limited to the first 300 entrants.

The In The Dirt MTB Tri is staged in Vail Lake, Temecula an area that is only a 90 minute drive from Los Angeles, Orange County and a 70 minute drive from San Diego. Vail Lake in Temecula off of Hwy 79.
